    Mark joined STEAK in the winter of 2008 as one of the first employees of its New York operations.  Since taking over as the Managing Director in November 2008, he has overseen STEAK NY's rise from a small four person operation to one of the most innovative and flourishing digital media operations in the US, spanning two offices and servicing eight countries.

    Mark's expertise is in all things digital but he excels in his understanding of direct response channels, including search, display, mobile, and hyper-local marketing efforts. 

    Prior to his tenure at STEAK, he was Vice President of Interactive for 15 Miles/TMP where he crafted the selling strategy and go-to-market positioning for its national digital accounts team.  Mark previously led the sales team at Reprise Media, introducing search marketing solutions to a global client list across the financial, retail, and entertainment industries.  Prior to Reprise Mark held various leadership positions during an 11 year career at infoGroup, a database marketing and insights company.

    Mark enjoys running, playing soccer and is an extensive reader.  When he's not travelling for work, he loves travelling for fun.  His favorite travel locations are Tuscany, Provence, and Napa Valley, but anywhere he can find a good bottle of wine is considered a worthwhile destination.

    Norman has over 8 years of experience in search engine optimization, web development and online marketing. As STEAK's Director of SEO, Norman heads up the SEO department, creating clients' overall strategies for vigorous organic SEO campaigns. He has successfully optimized a myriad of websites including G4 Media, MTV Networks, Expedia and SC Johnson, to name a few. He has seen outstanding successes within many types of websites including ecommerce, lead generation, and branding properties.

    Norman is a frequent speaker and panelist at various industry events. He holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business.

    Prior to joining STEAK, Norman was the Director of SEO Strategies at SEO Inc. in Carlsbad, CA. He also held various marketing and development positions at Websense, Cenzic and GBA USA.

    Ilya oversees STEAK's paid search and display activity in the New York office. As well as guiding account teams in developing strategic client solutions, he is responsible for managing research for paid search and display. Ilya has a broad range of industry experience, having advised global clients in sectors ranging from financial services to travel and luxury retail.

    Prior to joining STEAK, Ilya was with Razorfish where he managed direct response and lead generation efforts for top clients of its New York office. Before joining Razorfish, he worked in various capacities at The Leading Hotels of the World. As part of the company's interactive group, Ilya pioneered search engine marketing programs and managed SEO, site analytics and e-mail marketing initiatives.

    Truly an international strategist, he is intimately familiar with international digital trends and speaks four languages. Ilya is passionate about leveraging digital channels as research vehicles for understanding consumer behaviour.

    Growing Business Awards 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year', Oliver Bishop launched STEAK in 2005 with co-founder Duncan Parry. He has since grown the Group to become an award-winning, international digital agency, spanning three continents. More recently he has seen STEAK become part of the Dentsu Network - the fifth largest marketing communications company in the world, with over 100 offices in 27 countries.

    As part of the initial team at Espotting Media, Oliver played a pivotal role in launching the business in eleven European countries and was involved in their merger with US search company FindWhat. Oliver was also personally responsible for winning significant amounts of revenue from a wide range of clients, many of them blue chip.

    Voted by industry magazine Media Week as one of the "Magnificent Thirty" (2004's thirty media professionals to watch under the age of thirty), and featuring in the Revolution "One to Watch", Oliver has received several accolades recognising his entrepreneurial achievements. These also include the Daily Mail Make Your Mark High Growth Business winner 2007, Growing Business Young Guns class 2006 and being selected to be part of the top 50 media and business categories of Courvoisier © The Future 500-showcasing business talent.
