Mark Schwartz
Managing Partner
Mark joined STEAK in the winter of 2008 as one of the first
employees of its New York operations. Since taking over as
the Managing Director in November 2008, he has overseen STEAK NY's
rise from a small four person operation to one of the most
innovative and flourishing digital media operations in the US,
spanning two offices and servicing eight countries.
Mark's expertise is in all things digital but he excels in his
understanding of direct response channels, including search,
display, mobile, and hyper-local marketing efforts.
Prior to his tenure at STEAK, he was Vice President of
Interactive for 15 Miles/TMP where he crafted the selling strategy
and go-to-market positioning for its national digital accounts
team. Mark previously led the sales team at Reprise Media,
introducing search marketing solutions to a global client list
across the financial, retail, and entertainment industries.
Prior to Reprise Mark held various leadership positions during an
11 year career at infoGroup, a database marketing and insights
company.
Mark enjoys running, playing soccer and is an extensive
reader. When he's not travelling for work, he loves
travelling for fun. His favorite travel locations are
Tuscany, Provence, and Napa Valley, but anywhere he can find a good
bottle of wine is considered a worthwhile destination.
